Domestic shipping rates

All U.S. orders include free standard shipping via USPS Ground. Please allow 2–8 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Production Timeline

All Goldy Way backdrops are hand-dyed to order in Buffalo, NY.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production prior to shipment. Each piece is individually dyed, washed, and finished by hand.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During periods of high volume, production may extend slightly. If your order experiences a significant delay, you will be notified via email.

International Shipping

International Orders all ship via USPS. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country.

Rush Orders

Need your backdrop sooner? Rush production may be available depending on current studio volume.

Please email before placing your order to confirm availability and rush fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of each backdrop, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I will make it right.
